Turnkey Flat Rate Installs
A 65% deposit is required at checkout to lock in your appointment slot and allocate job site hardware. The remaining 35% balance is due immediately upon completion via credit card, Zelle, or Stripe.

Complimentary 45 minute technical survey within our primary home base service area ($0 total).
Regional Middle Tennessee Consultations
A $20 travel deposit is required at booking for site surveys in Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Smyrna, and Shelbyville. This deposit is credited 100% toward your final installation invoice upon proposal approval.
Scope & Technical Requirements
Standard Flat Rate Scope
Flat Rate pricing applies strictly to standard drywall mounting on wood studs with concealed in wall wiring.
Custom Architectural Surfaces
Stone fireplaces, brick, masonry, lathe and plaster, or multi room cinema routing require an On Site Consultation prior to installation. Booking a standard Flat Rate service for custom masonry or complex architectural structures will result in on site scope adjustment.
Site Readiness
An adult decision maker (18+) must be present for the full appointment window. Work areas must be clear of clutter, with operational high speed internet and active electrical power on site.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Terms
24 Hour Notice Required
You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations within 24 hours of your start time or failure to provide job site access upon technician arrival will result in a forfeited deposit.

All online bookings and invoice payments are processed through enterprise encrypted protocols via Stripe, Zelle, and Setmore. We never store raw credit card numbers or banking secrets on our servers. Smart security network credentials configured on site remain 100% under direct client administrative ownership.
